84SQM 1990s Lockwood, needs exterior aluminium Walls cleaning, scouring & re-spraying in existing white colour. Needs to be done before the end of July. Currently house in in a Yard in Hellensville, so easy acess to site. Can you quote seperately for house & then to paint the existing alumiium joinery from Brown to black. Both are free from rust , just need a new paint job!
