Stucco-finish plasterboard house needs repainting (11 years since last repaint). House areas is 228 sqm, and is single-storey but on a sloping section so some walls are equivalent to 1.5 storeys high. Finish to be in pale colour to be decided. House will need thorough wash and removal of spider webs etc in preparation.
