Job description
This is a rental property, 2 bedroom, 102 sq m. Job must be finished by 26 January - tenant moves in on 27th. I'd like a quote to paint ONLY the walls and ceilings. Minimal sanding is needed over picture hook marks which are the reason for this job. It should be quick!

I wasn't keen to put this job on Builderscrack and be inundated with email. I was wrong to worry. Trade Painters responded to the job almost instantly with a quote as requested. Their contact number was with the quote so contacting them was easy. I spoke to Trade Painters within an hour of posting the job, agreed the quote and they started the next day. The guys doing the job were very helpful, the job was finished timely and is superb. I'd use them again and have recommended them to others.
