Rodney
100 square meter cottage needs exterior crack repair followed by exterior painting. The cracking looks to be on the joins of the hardy board. Gable ends will need movable scaffold or similar. The fascia board needs painting too. I don't live onsite but I can organise a site visit from week beginning 21st of June. The crack shown in the photo is less 0.5mm wide and one of the worst. I would estimate there to be about 10 to 15 cracks.
