Exterior plaster crack repair and house paint

One major crack and up to another 10 small hairline cracks are evident in this 1996 build property. The scope of the job probably three stages: 1 - Assess each crack and advise on best approach for repair. One crack on the gable end is major and needs grinding out and repairing properly to same finish as existing plaster. Other hair line cracks may need grinding and repairing. There are 8-10 small areas above windows that have been left as board that needs exterior plaster coating to same finish as the upper house. 2 Paint with two coats the upper level of the house. (Lower level is brick exterior). Includes all painted areas including down posts. 3 - Paint sophets with two coats.
