New sleep out. Floor area is 30m2. Gabled ends. Has traditional styled weatherboard, boxed corners and window details. Requires minimal prep and 2 colour paint. Main house of 280m2 will follow shortly after, it will depend on price and quality of sleep out painting.

Jason was a very helpful guy, who offered advice on colour combinations, which was great. He was always on time everyday. His workmanship was excellent, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I intend to offer him further work, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
