Paint exterior of house

I need the exterior of our house painted and any weatherboards fixing that have any issues (Not many as far as I can tell) The house is 160m2 and sits on a hill where the front is 2 story and the back is a single story. Downstairs is built into the hill - Organise scafholding if required - Prep surface and remove flaking paint - Fix any - A couple of the windows that face the sea the flashing above have some surface rust so this will need to be prepped
