Redecorating and tidying up damanged rental property
Job description
The property has been decontaminated from meth, carpets and curtains removed. I am wanting to redecorate and tidy up throughout. There will be some minor building/repair work to do as part of the job - can be discussed on site. I am therefore looking primarily for a trade person who is able to do/coordinate minor repairs as well as paint through out. I am not living in the area so will need someone who is an excellent communicator and can be trusted to get on a do an honest job. It is my intention to meet on site at the end of next week to review in more detail the work to be undertaken. I am wanting this job completed quickly as this is costing me money.

I would definitely employ Steven and his crew again if I would. Steven was good at communicating and accommodating strange requests, additional work and the fact I did not live in Wellington.
