House exterior painting (incl prep work)

Need the exterior of our house painted - all sides. Weatherboard, wood seems in good condition, paint ranges from good (lichen in places) to paint almost entirely peeled off esp on north-facing architraves. Prep plus paint. South side of house will need a scaffold, rest is accessible from ground or ladder, and boards can be put across the roof of the shed. We're happy to leave the plaster-covered parts of the walls as they are (though happy to get optional, additional quote for doing those too). Parts of the wall have some other paneling that I've been told might contain asbestos (haven't tested it), best left untouched I think (though happy to get options for what to do - might be able to waterblast and paint).
