Tidy-up paint: Water blast and single top coat (colour-matched).

Not looking for extensive prep or any priming or under-coats. The key here is to simply have it done easily and cost-effectively. The property is going to be put on the market so simply need it to look fresh with a single coat of paint (colour matched to current paint) to tidy things up It will need only a little prep work (just water blasting plus some filler and sanding but only where necessary to fill any obvious cracks - not sanding the entire house) and will only need one top-coat of paint on the front and inside the carport and one coat of paint on the back See picture attached and please let me know if you need any further details.
