Exterior painting - windows and soffit

1960's 3-bedroom house (approx. 120sqm) with brick cladding. Paint on wooden window frames is flaking and needs to be repainted inside and out. North facing windows need the most attention. Front side of the house is elevated so some windows will likely need scaffolding or similar for access. Also, keen to get a quote to get the soffit and other exterior woodwork painted at the same time, but getting the windows painted is the main priority. Timeframe isn't urgent but keen to get arrangements made even if work doesn't start for several months etc.
