New window frame painting

I will be installing new double glazed windows for the entire house and require the timber framing to be painted. I have calculated the total area to be painted to be 24.5 m2 and includes 16 windows and 5 doors/sliding doors. The frames will be rough from the factory so please indicate whether you can also prep the surface as well (sand, fill holes, etc.). Installation is starting in the first week of July so would like the job to be completed mid to late July.
