Interim repaint of cleaned ceilings prior to building renovations. Ceilings are marked from scraping and there are no cornices. Repairs are not required. Attached mark up shows scope. Please provide the rate/m2 (per coat), an estimate of total cost and time to complete. Site visit scheduled for early next week Order of work shown is the order the rooms become available. There may be some slight interruption if availability is delayed. Scope to include materials, equipment, clean up
