"Dear Mr Vincent, thankyou very much for the positive overall experience you had with our company. I would like to address the issue of scheduling of which you scored us 3/5. Painting a house exterior in winter is a challenging experience especially with a stucco surface. Ambient and surface temperature determine the timing of the application, and as a qualified painter we must make a judgement that is going to give the client a superior result. As you have rated our workmanship as 5/5 it would be fair to say that we managed to achieve that superior result.The job may have taken a little longer than expected but at the end of the day quality is more important than expediency.
