This one is simple. Roof needs chemical wash and repainting etc. The house is a 90 sq m. house.

Initially a separate job, but later became a part of the bigger job that included Inside paint, outside paint, roof paint and over all tidy up... the overall cost to me was substantially less and the job quality is superb. Keep it up guys, P.S: I'm already using them for more job at my property. These guys are good. :)
