2 level townhouse needed to be painted, same colours as current. Cedar(?) timber under dormer windows (3). Cedar(?) timber on end wall above bricks. Soffits and barge boards. Patio posts. Front/back door. Garage door. Plus seperate quote to do front fence and letterbox only. I am getting the property professionally house washed prior to paint. You can visit site and view but I am not onsite.
