Job description

Interior Painting
Papakura

We would like have a small bedroom's walls skimmed, repaired, and prepared for painting (previously wallpapered). All wallpaper has already been stripped. Job would involve: - replacing an approx 350mm x 400mm piece of gib (from where we have had to cut into the wall to work on an internally concealed toilet system). - fill small screw holes / marks from where old curtain rods have been taken down - skim room to prepare to a suitable standard for the room to be painted Room is approx 1700mm long x 2400mm wide (or 3400mm wide to door entrance). Stud is 2.7m, and room has one standard sized window. Room will be empty and ready to commence work immediately. Overall, I think the gib is in relatively good condition. The wallpaper has already been removed and in general, peeled away from the gib very easily, leaving very little surface glue or marks. Potential for further work including 2 other larger bedrooms, hallway/entranceway, and additional lounge following on from this work. Please see photos attached for further images of the room. Thanks
