Need various painting work completed, occupier to advise, some indoor painting some outdoor and some draft sealant to be installed (draft strip at site). Much already sanded but probably needs a resand as its been a while. Also if 1 fascia board needs to be replaced. If you can save a builder DIY that will be great, please advise.
