Complete Interior paint of 3bdrm home

I have a 130m2, 3 bedroom home that is currently wallpapered but that I wish to have painted (I will be removing the wallpaper). The work involves: Preparing, sealing and applying two coats of paint to ceilings, walls and trim in the following areas: Lounge / kitchen, hallway, three bedrooms, toilet, garage & bathroom. Any plastering required will be separate to this work. The home is a rental property and is currently vacant. Ideally, I am looking for someone who can start early next year and to have completed work by the end of mid-February.
