Interior Paint - mid-September
Job description
Seeking a painting crew to paint interior of a 3-bed property (120sqm approx.) starting around 16th Sept. Includes: Three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, and ceiling of a bathroom. Full interior: Mostly walls and ceilings but some skirting/archs/windows if previously painted. Only one door to be painted on one side. Fair condition overall but some filling and sanding required to some walls/ceiling if cracked or where wall paper has pealed. Pigmented sealer required over some walls and maybe ceiling. Some walls previously painted. Expecting undercoat and two top coats in a neutral colour scheme (ceiling white and light colours to walls). Exterior of kitchen cabinets in an enamel. Property will be empty and carpet to be replaced after. Spray application is ok if quicker.
