Interior Painting (Bathroom, Laundry & Office)

We require a Qualified Painter to complete the following Interior Painting work(s) to a Bathroom, Laundry & Office, starting from the 17th January 2022. Works to include and are not subject to the following: painting of 'ALL' interior walls, ceilings, Laundry skirtings, existing timber Windows --- + architectures and internal Doors D1 & D2+ architectures. Works to exclude the following: Office Door and office door architraves + office skirtings (to be left untouched / lacquer finished). NOTE: Bathroom to have tiled skirting upstands, with all walls to be sealed accordingly for wall tiles around Bath only, and the periodic use of the shower during the project. Overall colour scheme is as follows: either Dulux or Resene "Half Black White" with walls and ceilings painted in Dulux Professional Total Prep + 2x coats of Dulux Wash n Wear +Plus Kitchen & Bathroom (Low sheen), with all timber windows, architraves & skirtings in Dulux Aquanamel (semi-gloss).
