Good day I am moving into 84 Mulgrave street on 26 March 2021 and was hoping to get the roof painted. Services required: spray and remove lichen and moss (in areas required) - not a lot noted at this stage Refasten fixings and treat rust where required Weather-seal around penetrations if required Painting of roof Please do not visit the home before giving me a call as I need to arrange with current owner It would be great if we can commence work the week after 26 March?
