Upon questioning why the painter paint on a wall like this, without prepping/advice before painting, i get no response.. Painter blaming on the wall? If it's the wall problem, shouldn't it be fixed/prep before painting? I get no advice from this Painter

"It looks like there has been moister getting in behind this wallpaper. Is that mildew on the ceiling? Looks like someone has made a bad attempt at putting the wall paper back on. If it was a preparation problem why is it only this drop of wallpaper and none of the rest? If there was a problem why didn’t you contact me shortly after we finished the job? Now it is 11 Months after the job ,and you contact me To which point I went and had a look. Our 12 month guarantee would cover this if it was us"
