Toilet and washroom painting - commercial building

Painting of walls, doors and floor of a commercial unit's washroom and 2 x toilets. Concrete floors are already painted which is flaking, so it will need concrete sanding first to bare concrete, then painted in 2-pak paint on floors. Durable paint finish needed for commercial wash room. We plan to replace toilets so a plumber will remove toilets prior to painting work, so this aspect of work is not in the scope of work here.
