Interior painting of 1990s Lockwood

Hi, we have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story Lockwood house that we would like to have painted inside. This would include the ceiling's, walls, doors, baseboards and window trim (not aluminum joinery). There are a few feature beams we would leave unpainted and most of the house would be white with a feature wall in the master bed and living room in a different colour. Looking for painters with previous experience in Lockwoods due to nature of wooden paneling movement and knot show through etc. Some areas have high ceilings so will need portable platform. Intending to live in house during painting so rooms will need to be done in stages.
