Lead paint removal

A test kit from Bunnings suggests that there is lead paint on these exterior steel beams (horizontal beams below eaves). These beams date from the original construction of the house in 1968. Because these beams have started developing significant surface rust, this job is to safely remove the lead paint from these beams, so the steel can be cleaned up and then repainted. Given the flaking rust we do not wish to just paint over the lead paint. This job will also involve testing to identify whether there are any other areas of lead paint in other areas of this property. We are looking for a person/company qualified in lead paint removal.
