Cleaning n repaint roof, and check roof to see if any small hole or loose nail
Job description
The house is in Hillcrest, North shore Auckland. It is a two level house (one side is single level, one side is two level as photo shows). It is a stand-alone house. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining and 1 lounge, so the roof coverage areas is estimated as about 70square meters. The roof is 1980’s decromastic metal tiled roof with chips sprayed on surface. Small dots of rust on roof here and there. Job: 1). Please check the whole roof to see is there any loose nails or small crack or hole. Especially please check on the right side of the house (where has 2 levels), in the area all the way along the gutter areas which is from the edge of roof to 500mm away from that gutter. Job 2). Cleaning and repaint the whole roof. I prefer you have public liability insurance and workmanship warranty. I prefer to get it done ASAP.(end of Aug. or very early Sept.)
