Painting Villa

Have purchased a 1920's Kauri villa in Devonport. Looking for a full interior repaint prior to move in. Work would need to be done first week of May and would like a crew of painters to hit it to get us moved in without delay. Have a window for a quote at 1pm this Thursday 2nd April. House will be empty and carpet will also be stripped and replaced. Lounge has wallpaper and while interior is overall in good condition it is dated. Has high stud ceilings. House is 140sqm and 3 bedroom, two sitting rooms and one bathroom. Would also like a second part quote for exterior repaint. It's currently light green exterior so looking for modern neutral villa colours. Roof was replaced 3 years ago so good condition as are wooden windows. The odd weatherboard may need attention prior to paint. Will debate based on costs whether to do both or defer exterior until summer.
