Windows- paint and help to open stuck windows

Windows - I need the grey trim around 5 windows painted (see pics). I have the paint and the brushes . I also need the paint tape removed from all the windows around my house. A previous tradie left the job half done after getting paid and never returning to finish the job. He has also left me with windows that I cannot open now because paint has caught between the gaps of the window frames so they won’t open . So really need someone who can help me open all the windows without causing damage

Rogelio a d his worker Seung did a great job. Communication was excellent. The weather delayed the job a few times but I was always notified each morning of whether or not the work would occur. No complaints.
