Job description
Hi there, looking for someone who can help paint a large function room (approx 40sqm) and possibly an outside area at a venue in Glenfield / North Shore. We would probably need to arrange for a time to walk through in order to get a job quote. Thanks

Sadly the quote didn't include what was discussed up front. Being a bit naive, we accepted the quote without reading properly and assumed the quote included what we requested - this wasn't the case. Simple things like painting the wooden gate wasn't included in the quote for the fence even though it was the same material and requested by us. After a lot of back and forth and the work went ahead including the gate.

"There was obviously a misunderstanding with the scope required as the gate was for deliveries, wasn't mentioned on site visit. When the client wanted the gate as well - it was done at no cost - after 2 texts clarifying"
