Job description

Interior Painting
North Shore

Bathroom has had showerliner installed. Space above needs plastering, filling in places (If needed gibboard on hand - or just filler?), sand, prime paint with good bathroom-appropriate paint. There is a "ledge", a piece of 3x2 timber at the door end of the liner. This is likely to be used for shampoos, etc? Please ensure it is fully sealed, primed, etc to cope. Ceiling and around inbuilt old wall cupboard have peeling paint to be scraped back well in preparation. The timber window to be painted. Paint to floor - including skirting. On the floor there is a piece of skirting board which has rotted. There is a matching new piece of timber available he left behind to use. This needs installing and then prime/paint, etc. (Shower water would have overflowed regularly to keep it wet previously. New glass panel and door protecting now). Screw holes in kitchen from removal of old Xpelair need to be filled and the wall paint matched. A small area of ceiling and the scotia has peeled paint from steam from cooking. This needs repair. The rest of the paint seems to be solid. All hopefully can be seen from photos I have put in order.
