Internal painting and plastering

Access to property to quote is this Saturday 19/6 10am. Small old home. Some cracking. 3 bed, 2 living, 1 study (small room), 2 bath, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen and 1 kitchenette, two small laundry spaces and spiral stairwell. Also entry stairs (around 5 treads) and handrail to be painted (this is the only stuff outside to do). Needs to be done between 5 - 17 July if possible. Some fixing of walls were kitchen removed also needed if painter able to do.
