looking for a handy man to fix flaking ceiling paint

Hi the ceiling in my bathroom and laundry is flaking peeling bubbled. Looking for a handyman can strip that away and repaint that. Cause its tenanted out at the moment, so preferrably someone can give me a quote straight away rather than visting the place. I would say total area of both places is about 10-15 square meters
