House Paint - Exterior, Chatswood, North Shore.
Job description
Complete exterior paint of 2 storey 1970's residential house. Site coverage approx. 140m2. 1 single story wall brick veneer (brick not to be painted). 1 two story wall Weatherside cladding on upper story with flat fibre-cement on base. 1 two story wall Hardiplank cladding on upper story (replaced earlier Weatherside) above twin roller door garage with concrete block base. 1 two story wall vertical cedar weatherboard cladding on upper story with fibre-cement base. Eaves and gables are fibre-cement. Joinery is aluminium, with a timber main entry door. Spouting is plastic mounted on timber facia. There is an exterior spa enclosure, and a BBQ shelter attached to the house, both to be painted inside and outside. There is also a concrete retaining wall leading to the basement garage. This wall is to be painted. Job is to repaint house in existing colours and is to include all preparation and application in accordance with paint manufacturers instructions and best trade practice. The house will be occupied throughout. Prefer that the job was carried out during summer of --- . I will also be posting a separate job for kitchen/family room interior paint.
