Rental property - Interior painting.

We have a rental property that we are having re-carpeted on Tuesday 15th June. Parts of the interior are original Spanish white, while others are a cool white and others are a blue/grey as per photos. We have decided to re-paint the lounge area back to the original colour (Spanish white). The floor area is around 50m2 and there is a stairwell that was only painted cool white up to head-height, leaving the higher pieces Spanish white. Looking for someone available this week or Monday to complete the job.
