wallpaper and paint 2 bedrooms and hall way

I live in a small 1970s house that has not been redecorated for a while. In the two bedrooms and hallway I need the ceilings, skirting boards, and cottage type windows to be painted. I would like the current wall paper to be removed. This will be a difficult job as I have already done this in other rooms I have redecorated. I would like new wallpaper put up in the 2 small bedrooms and the hall way. I would like this to start happening asap and be finished in 2 weeks. I am looking for experience and a competitive quote as I have a limited budget.
