Lockwood - Paint Restoration

I am strongly considering purchasing this home: --- = --- I'd like to know how much it would take (ballpark) to paint all internal walls and ceiling white, plus some black touches on window frames and beams. From what I have read this would involve sanding/removal of varnish, filling holes/knot holes. I'm sure you can suggest the steps needed. Last two pics are the ideal look once finished.
