The front (south) side of our house roof needs a re-paint. It is corrugated iron and a relatively shallow pitch. I cleaned it yesterday with my waterblaster. There are a few very small patches where the paint has flaked off, so they could rust in time, if left. It was last painted in 2007. The back (north) side is fine as it was re-roofed in coloursteel 4 years ago. We are in Hillcrest, North Shore.

Excellent communicator. Did an exceptionally thorough job - returned several times to make sure it was to his satisfaction. Even contacted the paint firm (Dulux) to have them check. Put an extra coat on to be sure the job was top quality (at no extra charge to us). Overall we were very impressed with Dean and his workmanship and would not hesitate to use him again.
