Deck staining required

We are looking for someone to stain our decks and outdoor furniture. There are three decks, two rear and one front and A six seater table and outdoor sofa. Areas are below: Upper rear: 32m2 Lower rear: 21m2 Front: 8m2 Areas include steps. The upper rear will need water blasting first. We have some stain left from last time so will supply that unless you can get a better price. It would probably have to be done in two visits. We would ideally like it done at a weekend when we are home as our dog will bark all day if we are not.
