Job description
I have a basic 3 bedroom rental property in Birkdale that needs a coat of paint - iron roof also needs painting. I'd like to get some quotes to arrange for this job to be done sometime over the next few (summer) months.

I am exceptionally pleased with Brendan's work painting the roof and exterior of my house, and his communication was first class. I would definitely use him again without hesitation, and recommend him to others without reservation. His quote was very competitively priced, he responded promptly, the job was completed quickly, exactly as quoted and the quality of the work was fantastic. I was overseas at the time of contracting this job, but Brendan kept me updated with regular photos of the progress, and paint colour selection via email was no problem. I have since managed to get back to NZ, and was even more delighted with the job in person. Really happy!
