Paint wall and ceilings of approx. 55 sqm floor area including skirting and architraves (skirt will require second trip in lounge and hall as new floating floor going in). New gib on most walls Area includes 1 x bathroom, 1 x toilet, open plan lounge kitchen dining, hall and laundry area. Include 4 internal doors only ***Can organise a site visit this week, job to be painted approx 28th July***
