Painting interior of small 3-bed 60s house

Kia ora, we are looking for a painter to give the interior of our small 1960s 3-bedroom house some love. It’s a classic wee 60s state house with a total floor area of 107m sq (according to the real estate agents!). The stud is 2.4m. We would need all walls and ceilings repainted, except the bathroom which was done relatively recently. There is textured wallpaper in the foyer and living room that will need to be removed (although if removing this is too difficult, we are open to relining those rooms). There are also some hideous paprika-coloured feature walls in two of the bedrooms. There are unpainted timber skirting boards that we would like to keep as unpainted timber, but not a dealbreaker if that’s too difficult. We take possession in early March and would like to have the interior painted before we move in. We would also be recarpeting after the painting.
