Ian was employed to wallpaper a lounge. He initially came across as a nice guy but sadly caused quite a number of problems in our house, His preparation work was good but in all other respects the work was below an acceptable standard. The wallpaper is lifting and bubbling in several places. He increased the price 2x. While at the house there were mishaps which were very stressful. We recommend that you get a written quote and make sure that Ian has included ALL PARTS OF THE JOB.

"OUCH! price/roll plus strip and minor work to walls given prior to start, info given to suggest that walls had been prep was not the case I said I could not do the job as priced as more work required, spent 13 hrs to strip and prep walls for $400, well below mkt rates. Power outage caused by glue on socket, once isolated I organised sparky to fix. I have sent several emails and txts some have gone unanswered. I gave a date and stuck to it I wish I had it in writing. payment not 100%"
