House exterior and separate garage

Prep and paint - 80m2 and single story, garage is 1.5-car. It’s a small house so I’d do myself but the previous owners did some dodgy painting practices so I want a pro to sort it out properly - the house’s fibre cement siding was sanded down too smooth so it’s peeling in areas. There are a few cracks. The garage door is bubbling and needs to be sanded or stripped before repainting, the rest is in decent shape. I’m looking for October/November-ish timeframe.
