90m2 weatherboard house needs sanding and prepping for painting. Existing paint is in variable condition but flaking in places, unknown if there's a lead layer in there. We have the paint to go on top but lack the time to do a good job of the prep work.

Quick response and completion of job. Could benefit from use of a drop cloth in future to keep paint flakes from getting into surrounds. Acceptable quality finish, missing a couple of finer details.
