Paint walls and ceiling in living/dining/kitchen. High ceiling.

The main living room, porch, dining and kitchen walls and ceiling need paining (inc. repairing minor imperfections in the walls). Some minor plastering may be needed on some cracks. I assume 2 topcoats are required. The ceiling is popcorn, and will need painting. The ceiling is a max. 3.82m above the floor. Scaffolding / ladders will be needed. There are exposed beams which also need painting There are also two skylights. The drawings and photos should give a good representation of the work.
