103 sqm weatherboard exterior

Kia ora, We are on a tight time/resource budget (as everyone is) and trying to find our balance, hence the odd request. The house exterior is standard 1960s weatherboard. We would like to compare the different price ($/sqm) and execution timeframes between: 1. prep exclusive, 2. prep + priming, 3. a complete job. In regards to the house painting we have measured this afternoon and have ~103 sqm of exterior (of which 18 sqm is windows) to be painted. It has already been high pressure water blasted.
