Front Fence, Base Blocks, Soffits & Deck Painting/Staining

I am looking for a well-priced painter who has a reputation for delivering a high quality job to provide me with a quote to prepare and paint/stain my front fence, house base blocks, soffits, window heads, and deck. I am looking to move ahead with the project reasonably soon but would be happy to be reasonably flexible to allow the trades person some flexibility to juggle other projects. The contractor will need to specify what preparation is recommended, how many coats, and how they propose to apply the paint/stain. Please price supply of the paint/stain and labour separately. I may consider supplying the paint/stain. Some details are as follows: Front Fence: Plastered concrete bock with timber panels. Concrete blocks are currently painted and the timber panels stained. The concrete blocks will be Resene Lumbersider Low Sheen Zeus. The timber panels will be Sikkens HLSe Dark Oak and it has been recommended to sand back ensuring an even finish as preparation followed by 3 coats. House Base Blocks: Concrete blocks. Aren't visible the whole way around the house. Most is currently painted the same colour as the fence. They will again be Resene Lumbersider Low Sheen Zeus. Front Door: Timber front door currently stained. Had recommended that this is sanded right back and re-stained with Sikkens HLS followed by Sikkens Filter 7. This will again be the Dark Oak colour. Soffits & Window Heads: Currently painted. Will be re-painted in Resene Lumberside Low Sheen, Resene Black White. Deck: Pine timber deck currently stained black. Needs to be prepared and re-stain with Resene Woodsman Stain Decking, Shadow Match. These is some decking which may need to be replaced so if the trades person had some handyman skills it would be beneficial. Alternatively I can arrange this.
