Finish our painting (please)!

Complete our external paint job on our villa. Three key areas: 1)above the Bay window 2) top coat only of the last quarter of one side 3)the fourth side of the house. Areas 1 and 3 need full sanding, undercoating and top coating. Area two only needs a final top coat (in the photos only undercoat shown but will have first round of top coat done & sanded). Main colour plus two whites for windows/details. Scaffolding will be required for all areas. Live power line above the bay window. Just too high for us to finish. Expect neighbours will allow scaffolding/access on their side of the fence
