Interior Retail Shop Painting

We require a person/s to paint our entire retail store white. We are wanting to paint all wall surfaces at fittings white so prep would be minimal. This could be sprayed, rolled, brushed. The space does have a few areas and these could be done on separate days. We would want to minimise the amount of hours the shop was closed. Normal hours are Mon-Fri 10-4, Sat 10-1, Sunday closed. Working around these hours or only closing the shop for 1 or 2 days would be desirable.
